Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) encompasses many different practices, including acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, moxibustion (moxa), cupping, Gua Sha (scrapping), tui na (Chinese therapeutic massage), dietary therapy, and tai chi and qi gong (practices that combine specific movements or postures, coordinated breathing, and mental focus). TCM is rooted in the ancient philosophy of Taoism and dates back more than 2,500 years.

Christa has a Master’s of Educational Psychology (Counselling) and is a Registered Psychologist in Saskatchewan. She has over 20 years of experience working with diverse populations in the human service field. She provides counselling to individuals, couples, and families including children, youth, and adults. Christa’s areas of practice include: life transitions, grief/loss, separation & divorce, family of origin, trauma, PTSD, communication, assertiveness, anger, boundaries, healthy relationships (including same sex couples), self-image, body image & eating concerns, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, self-harm, coping with stress, and finding work/life balance. Christa uses an eclectic approach, drawing on a variety of counselling theories such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, systems theory, solution focused therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, feminist and strength-based approaches. She believes in a holistic approach to mental wellness: supporting the “whole” person, taking into consideration the mental, emotional, physical, social and spiritual states of well-being. Jodie Olson has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2003 and a Certified Doula since 2004. She specializes in parental and postnatal massage. Jodie is passionate about supporting and educating women as they transition into motherhood. Jodie also treats all types of modalities and injuries specializing in back and hip injuries. Jodie is also trained in Cupping to release connective tissue restrictions and scar adhesions. Jodie Olson is SGI accredited and is a long standing member of the Massage Therapists Association of Saskatchewan. At the moment Jodie is only opening her books to prenatal/postnatal clients or friends and family referrals.
